This tasteful and stylishly decorated cottage is tucked away behind the owner’s granite farmhouse.

Three steps lead up to the rear entrance porch. The accommodation is all on one level with an open plan living room with kitchen and dining areas.

There is a fitted kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, a microwave oven and fridge with a freezer compartment, with outside access to the washing machine in the old dairy.

The dining area has a table with four chairs and a warming wood burning stove.

The living area has two comfortable two seater sofas. For entertainment there is a Smart television with a DVD player and CD player/radio with Bluetooth.

A small lobby leads into the modern shower room with shower, WC and wash basin.

The bedrooms have quality comfortable beds with white Egyptian cotton bed linen and are located on either side of the shower room. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has twin beds.

Outside the enclosed lawn gardens are safe and ideal for children and there is a barbeque patio on the sheltered side and there is also private parking for two cars.
